The fact that somehow the Status of Forces agreement or some other political deal said that US Marines would be tried in Philipino justice system, will result in corruption all the time, every time. I don't know who or how or why people wanted the US Marines to be tried in the Philipino justice system. There's no justice there, as I believe, is apparent.
